To the right is a living room with a sofa bed facing the condominium's extensive and excellent garden. On the private terrace you'll find a comfortable garden lounge, the ideal place to relax and enjoy a drink while admiring the condominium's well-kept gardens. The modern and very functional kitchen will certainly be appreciated by anyone who likes to cook. Very well equipped, there you'll find a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, juicer, etc. A passageway separates the kitchen from the beautiful dining area overlooking the condominium gardens. On the left side of the house are the two comfortable bedrooms and a small interior garden. The bedroom on the right is equipped with two single beds and can be converted into a double bed. The bedroom on the left (suite) is furnished with a large double bed. In between the two bedrooms is the house's second bathroom. L'ORANGERIE CA is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV and WI-FI. Each room is equipped with a large LCD TV. The condominium is extremely quiet and well-kept. Its sunny, fenced swimming pool will certainly be appreciated by all residents. The condominium has 24-hour private surveillance.
