As you enter the villa, on your right is the independent, functional and fully equipped kitchen. Through the living/dining room, furnished with high quality furniture, you'll have access to the terrace which overlooks the development's swimming pool. On the same floor, you'll find the service bathroom. On the second floor of the villa there are 3 bedrooms, 1 of them en suite, and a full bathroom with a front-access shower. The 4th bedroom is on the lower floor of the villa, as well as a bathroom. All the bedrooms have a TV.
